Diane Chin is a licensed Paralegal and Family Legal Service Provider (FLSP) with over a decade of legal experience. Her journey in law began in 2009 when she graduated from Sheridan College with a Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma. In 2010, she became a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada (now the Law Society of Ontario).

Shortly after graduation, Diane began her legal career with the Ministry of the Attorney General, where she worked in various roles within the courthouse system. This hands-on experience provided her with a deep understanding of court procedures and administration.

In pursuit of expanding her services in family law, Diane recently graduated from the Family Legal Service Provider Program at Fanshawe College and is now officially licensed by the Law Society of Ontario as a Family Legal Service Provider (FLSP).

She offers compassionate and professional guidance through the family court process—helping clients understand procedures, complete necessary forms, and make informed decisions every step of the way.

In 2017, Diane fulfilled a long-held dream by founding DNC Legal Services. Her mission has always been to provide accessible, affordable, and client-focused legal support. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate their legal challenges with confidence and peace of mind.

Diane’s approachable manner and strategic legal insight have led to many early and successful resolutions for her clients. Through her practice, she remains committed to delivering personalized and effective legal support to those who need it most.
