Background & Experience
Diane is a 2009 graduate of the Court and Tribunal (Paralegal) program of Sheridan College and in 2010 became licensed as a Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario.
Over the years, Diane has worked in various areas within the administration of justice including working for the Ministry of the Attorney General performing administration in civil law, family law, and criminal law and gaining courtroom experience as a Registrar.
Diane has continued her studies in various courses for knowledge in specialty areas such as the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule for automobile accident injury victims, Provincial Offences, WSIB and Private Investigations.
In 2020, Diane achieved her Private Investigator license from the Minister of the Solicitor General and in 2021, Diane was appointed a Notary Public by the Attorney General of Ontario.
Diane is a member of the Federation of Ontario Paralegals.
